Relájese y disfrute de las instalaciones de nuestro Spa, que le ofrece un mundo de bienestar y lujo a su alcance. Contamos con sauna, bañeras de hidromasaje y baño turco. SUGERENCIA DE RECORRIDO, los tiempos indicados para cada instalación son meramente orientativos, disfrute de los elementos que más le gusten: Iniciamos el circuito con una ducha, la encontrará al lado del Jacuzzi. Tomamos un Baño de Vapor (hammam) de unos 25’, que pueden ser en 2 periodos intercalando una ducha de agua tibia (caseta de piedra con puerta de cristal). Seguimos con el Hidromasaje o Jacuzzi, unos 20‘. Nos duchamos con agua tibia. Nos secamos bien y entramos en la Sauna de infrarrojos durante unos 20’ (caseta de madera con puerta de cristal). Nos duchamos, nos secamos y pasamos a las Tumbonas Térmicas en las que dedicaremos el resto del tiempo, aproximadamente 10’ a recuperación y relax.

Rural Spa Los Anades it is located in Abánades, a small town of just 70 inhabitants in Guadalajara, where you can completely disconnect from routine and daily stress, getting in touch with nature and the rural environment, within the Rural hotel Los Anades, with traditional rural style rooms, with stone walls and wooden beams. A perfect establishment to spend a perfect holiday as a couple, with friends or family. The facilities at Spa Rural Los Anades are very complete and offer you a whole world of wellness and pleasure. Your circuit Thermal there's a bath, hot tubs and a turkish bath.
