Reservation conditions gift

1.- Imprescindible pre-book to enjoy the services included in the voucher, indicating the reference.
2.- It is necessary to present the voucher.
3.- Subject to availability of redemption at the time of booking.
4.- In no case shall any amount be refunded in cash, nor shall partial cards be exchanged.
5.- It can be changed, under special conditions, only by a new edition of it. To make the change, within a maximum period of one month from the expiration date, you will have to contact info@vouxers.com and, pay: 25 euros of management expenses, the corresponding shipping costs, and, if necessary, the price difference.
6.- Expiration: the gift-voucher is usable in the season of the date of purchase.
7.- It is not cumulative to other promotions or offers in force.
8.- It is not exclusive of the minimum conditions of regime/statement that some establishments may apply.
9.- The validity period is 2 natural years counted from the time of acquisition.
10.- The numbered card, duly validated, is the only operating element of this box gift.
11.- Pre-reservation is required and at the time of delivery the card number must be informed, the name of the card and must be presented at the Parador upon arrival.
12.- Contact the chosen Parador to set the access schedules.

14.- These conditions of application are subject to possible modifications without notice.
15.- This card is valid for 2 people, and you can use it from October 1 to May 31 at any Parador, except in Alarcón, Granada and Malaga Gibralfaro*.
16.- From June 1 to September 30, will be accepted in all Paradores as a part of payment in a one-night stay, paying, if necessary, the difference between the purchase value of the box and the Parador Rate prevailing in accommodation and breakfast.
17.- This box gift is not redeemable at Casa da Ínsua.
