1. Legislation - Right of revocation:
In anticipation of the law that will soon be approved and adapting to the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the Client has the right to the possibility of revoking the requested order within 14 working days from receipt of the order, after notifying our company. Communication must be made via e-mail (info (at) vouxers.com).

2. Procedure for revocation/return of the order
Once you inform us of your wish to proceed with the return, we will confirm it once the relevant checks have been carried out.

The products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and must keep their original labels, as well as their packaging and - where appropriate - original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition.
If the product is returned without the original packaging, GIFT CARDING, SL reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if the absence or defect of the product results in a depreciation in its price.

Once we receive the goods, we will check that all the aforementioned requirements are met. If so, vouxers.com will proceed to refund the amount of the products in your order (in no case the amount paid for shipping or transport of the same, or refund costs, or the shipping costs of the return that will be borne by the customer).*

The method of payment for the return will be:
a/ Credit on your card if it was paid by Credit Card
b/ Credit to your PayPal account if it was paid with PayPal.
c/ Bank transfer according to the client.
