La Corporate Social Responsibility it is the way of driving the business of the companies, characterized by taking into account the impact that all of their activities generate on their customers, their employees, their shareholders, local communities, the environment and society in general.

This implies mandatory compliance with national and international legislation in the social, labour, environmental and human rights fields.

Our company, Vouxers Wedding Wellness has been incorporating environmental and social responsibility aspects through various actions aimed at improving the environment, services, relationships with stakeholders in their social environment and the conditions of workers.

Our environmental action plan collects a number of measures that we will carry out to meet the aspects of this area, including the following:

• Use of organic cotton as raw material to make bags and backpacks of merchandising of our brand.
• Identify and perform an assessment of the main environmental impacts of our activity.
• Establish improvement objectives to reduce environmental impacts
• With reference to social measures, we will carry out the following:
• Adaptation of working hours for family reconciliation.
• Favor a system to encourage the participation of the worker with opinions and suggestions.
• Ensure basic health, safety and risk prevention measures.
• Provide training to the new additions to our company in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility commitments.
• Always act ethically and with good practices.
• Total transparency in our business relations.

All these measures will be carried out during the commercial year of our company and will be collected in a Corporate Responsibility Report at the end of the exercise.
