Generating a Purchase Order expresses full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the "I accept the General Conditions" box of the Purchase Order.

A voucher can be purchased without a specific date. The date can be chosen later by the bearer of the voucher, with a time limit of the validity date that appears according to the conditions of each gift-voucher from the date of purchase.

Once the content has been chosen, you will receive the personalized "Gift Voucher" by email (in the email indicated when registering your user account) and you can print it so that you can deliver it to the beneficiary of the same and it will be received directly by the person indicated at the address provided in the case of having selected a box presente with postal delivery.

The "Voucher Gift" will be automatically cancelled if the Gift Voucher is not used according to the conditions that will be applied in each gift voucher.

The gift voucher is transferable and may be enjoyed by a person other than the person listed as the "beneficiary".

The prices, contents and services included in the contracted vouchers are correct except for typographical errors, in which case Vouxers Bonos Bienestar reserves the right to modify or cancel any of them, first contacting the client to correct the error or making a full refund of the amounts paid in the last instance.

It is possible that an establishment remains closed during some time of the year due to season or other circumstances, it will be the beneficiary who must be in charge of coordinating the use and consumption of the service depending on both the type of services contracted in the e-voucher and coordinating it during the possible period of use depending on the availability of the same establishment.

For each purchase order, only one card shipment will be madepresente in a single presentecase.

If you want to receive multiple units of case-presente, you must place as many purchase orders as there are cases-presente desired.

Orders placed before 6 p.m. on weekdays will be prepared on the same day. Orders placed after 6 p.m. or placed on a Saturday or Sunday and on public holidays will be prepared on the next working day.

The delivery time for small towns, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, is 5 to 7 working days. Orders are not delivered on Saturdays. The transport company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, strikes and other unforeseeable situations.
