Circuit's departure time must be respected.
The maximum capacity of the spa circuit is 16 people.
The use of spa facilities is at your own risk.
Lodged customers are provided with bathrobe.
If you have any health problems, or you are pregnant or you think you are, let the Spa staff know.
Do not access the saunas with metal objects in order to avoid possible burns.
For hygiene, it is recommended not to access the circuit with makeup.
In our spa we try to promote an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony to maintain the well-being of all users, for what is required silence.
The use of cameras, video cameras, radios, mobile phones is not permitted.
The use of bath glasses is recommended.
The Spa swimming pool, the circuit showers, the sauna, the Turkish bath and the pediluvium are aimed at relaxation and therapeutic use; therefore, we beg you not to use chemical toilets on the circuit, nor to take stones from the pediluvium.
For hygiene reasons, you must put a towel on top of the Finnish Sauna wooden banks.
The centre reserves the right of admission.
The users of the facilities must, at all times, comply with the indications of the spa staff, helpers and maintenance staff.
Children under the age of twelve and, in any case, minors who do not know how to swim will always be accompanied to the bathing area of an older person.
Children under the age of 24 months must use special water diapers.
Users should shower before bathing in the pool.
Entrance to the bathing area with clothes or street shoes will be prohibited.
Keys or slippers should be used exclusively for use, in the circuit and in the premises intended for wardrobes and toilets.
The public, spectators, visitors or companions can only access the areas intended for them, using specific accesses.
The entry of animals to the premises shall be prohibited, except the guide dogs.
It is prohibited to smoke or eat and introduce glass containers or other materials susceptible to breakage or to cause any damage in the bathroom area.
Shaving, depilation or similar practices are prohibited in toilets and wardrobes.
The lockers will be maintained in perfect condition and can be checked by the installation staff to verify their sanitary and hygienic status.
People with contagious diseases of water or dermal transmission cannot access the bathroom area.
Dangerous games and practices should be avoided, respecting the rest of the rest of the room.The access to the pool will be made only by its stairs.
The staff of the centre monitors compliance with the regulations and has the right and authorization to expel persons who do not comply with them.
